Ok so I'm sitting here watching the wsop and noticed what each player was wearing as far as online poker site. It appears that 2 players have jumped Eric Buchman is wearing Full Tilt gear on T.V but will be wearing pokerstars gear at the final table, Joe Cada was wearing Ultimate Bet gear but also has jumped to Pokerstars, The final Pokerstars player is Kevin Shaffel. Not ure if Darvin moon will represent any online site.

Does anyone know how much a site pays them to wear their stuff?

I know that an amatuer who gets a feature table can get 10k for wearing the gear.

I think I read some where that making the final table they are making about as much as the 9th place finisher. but thats from the major sites. Full Tilt goes a bit further that if you qualify on Full Tilt and then win the main event they throw in a extra 10 million. As far as I can tell sponserships look like this
Buchman,Cada and Schaffel=Pokerstars
Ivey,Begleiter and Akenhead=Ful Tilt
Saout= Everest
Shulman=Cardplayer
Moon= ?????

It's because there's a new WSOP rule at that prohibits more than three players wearing logos of any one individual site at a televised final table. So that's why so many have changed sponsors. Moon is the only one without a sponsor. He said he doesn't want any of the obligations. Strange decision to me because I'd expect anyone in that position would want to get the maximum value out of a very rare situation.

Really. Thats pretty cool. So how much would a well known pro get for wearing it?

Antonio Esfandari was quoted as saying that he wanted a 6 figure deal from any site to wear their patch. The next day he showed up with Doyles Room gear on and then was eliminated.

So my guess is that he got his 6 figure payday from them.

Sorry, But You WON'T Be At the Feature Table

According to one member of the ESPN camera crew, Phil Ivey's table (table #90 in the orange section) was supposed to be the feature table to start the day. Everyone at the table was not only going to get a chance to play at the feature table with one of the greatest players in the game, but they'd also be lined up to receive about $10,000 in sponsorship money from various companies. Ivey didn't want to be seated at the feature table and he got his wish. Everyone at the table was pretty irritated at this decision. This was all according to the camera crew and we'll have to wait and see if any of the players go after Ivey a little bit more throughout the day.
