I blog about online poker at http://blog.nexuspoker.com - No fluff, no commercial interruptions

Just checked-out your blog. It seems pretty good, and is a nice change of pace from all these blogs that are just shilling for some new book they've read, purchased, or written. There are a significant number of grammatical errors which drives those of us geeky enough to care about such things insane, but it still seems like a pretty good blog. I'll definately read more in the future.

Thanks! Grammar is some thing I definitely would like to fix. If you could do me a favor and send me one of the post with those errors marked up somehow, I would appreciate it very much.

Hi Sick Call (Welcome to CC)

IMO If people are gonna read something good, then they need to read his old stuff on AVP, 2+2, PTP. New blog misses all the things that made the old ones good.

"you" when you meant your "All this daydreaming ends up in a rude awakening after you opponent catches a miracle card", or loosing - a fave in poker post btw ( an "a" or an "s" is missing as well "in light of winning or loosing "a" specific poker hand"s".".....

Just re read em an hour later before posting.

I like the blog btw.

Hi all, I am new here and also recently started up my own poker blog as well. No selling, no gimmicks just the online ramblings of a 10 year live poker pro :)

Always looking for feedback and happy to hear any.

Hmmmm....working just fine for me. I didn't click every link, but I checked several just to be sure. Which link, specifically, are you having trouble with?

As far as the blog itself; I haven't had the time yet to actually read any of the articles/links, but will do so later today. First impression is that the blog, in general, seems pretty good and well put together.

OK, so I did the first read-trough of at least most of the blog. It seems well laid-out. Some nice hand analyses of a few hands. Pretty good, though standard, tips for why players lose (probably standard because, well, they are why most players DO lose:) ).

My only real criticism is that there just isn't a whole lot of info there yet, but that's not really even a criticism as he states it is a new blog. It's definitely one I'll be watching and waiting for updates. So far, I'm optimistic. I also like that its primarily focussed on live play. The overwhelming majority of stuff out there is online-centered, so hopefully the live focus continues and draws him a reasonable fan base.

Honestly, I just joined here and it's the only one that I'm a member of but I do like it :) Seems like it's a pretty active community.

I miss Tao of Poker so damned much :(

Other than that I never read any poker blogs on a regular basis - occasional posts from guys like Phil Galfond or Negreanu if they were saying something controversial, but ones where people just talk about hands they've played and how they're running this month and graphs and stuff they don't really do much for me.
