I often find myself playing online poker in the middle of the night recently. I'll wake up about 2 A.M. or so to give my baby a bottle then I am up for a little bit. I actually do better late night on freerolls than daytime. Anyone else share those feelings?

You should play whenever you feel the most comfortable at - for some this is at night, for others - morning, etc. Just make sure you're not tired and focused.

I agree, cause at night there less players on freeroll which means more chances.

If you're feeling focused and motivated, I don't see any problem on any time.

As an Australian based player if you like MTT's you have little choice - most of the MTT's I like to play or even the big freerolls start at 2am to 5am in the morning.

I like to take a nap in the early evening and then I get up and play until 2 or 3 in the morning. One of the MTT's that I like to play actually starts at 11:00p.m. Eastern time on Bovada and it is a Turbo and usually runs around 3 hours, which suits my schedule just fine.

I set my alarm clock to play late night and when I say late night I really mean early morning tournaments. I usually wake up sometime in the early early morning so why not make it a specific tournament time :)

Ur absolutely right, but i noticed that when i play à tournement with less players THE game is very different. For example less players that go all in with ode cards

As for me I'm better at night and it is a proven fact.I can not give an explanation for this, but at night I have a better hands and I'm more confident at the table feel at this time.

me too my friend.its not only feelings that i share but also a common practice and a fact.i play more often in the midnight and i usually play better and have more payments than in the ''normal'' hours.maybe its just the less players that exist these hours in poker rooms, maybe its the existing silence that helps you concetrate better, maybe its a coincidence or maybe just all of the above...

You guys seem to forget that it is daytime in other places around the world when it is night time for you.

As an Australian based player if you like MTT's you have little choice - most of the MTT's I like to play or even the big freerolls start at 2am to 5am in the morning.

I used to play CC games at that time, but the last couple of years I don't play many during our winter, but now we have daylight savings games start later.

Morning time is when im fresh and focused 10am

Me too, I'm in the same area as you and 10am - 12noon is perfect for me.

I share so! In truth , I think I have improved it ... That an anxiousness AND nervousness hinder much time to fall asleep , and eels are sensations Frequently NAS tables ... Best Make an E Relax , take a good bath , and rest .. . try to mount a series of tournaments que not as exhaustive , and que NOT coincidentally ends with an hour que go to sleep ... have hum pace paragraph Relax drops of that, something As 2 hours and good!

Exactly, I'm thinking it has a lot less to do with the time of day and more with the environment you're playing in ;)

Regardless, play at night if you feel you play better at night! If nothing else, it will give you the confidence that you need to play tricky spots.

I mainly play my live sessions at night I'm kind of nocturnal and most people are not so I catch them snoozing plus the days I do wake up past 12 I don't want To waste the day light in a casino lol
