In the ZONE!!!

Hey Everyone,

We have all had our share of "In The ZONE" moments... but what gets you there? how do you get in the zone....

I get in the ZONE, but turning everything off... TV, Radio... closing down all of my other applications... and just really focusing on the game and my play...

oh yeah, and lots of STARBUCKS!!! ;-)

thats cool....I do the exact opposite as you I will have the tv or radio on for background noise....i dont pay much attention to them when the game is going on

Must have TV while playing, otherwise quite boring.

TV in the background, kids running around itunes playing usually dogs barking too.

I try to do other stuff also while playing, otherwise I get burnt out and lose focus

I seem to be the opposite. Got the TV giong, the BBQ fired up, two other windows opened on line. Phones going, and a cold Alpine....all is good.

Tried the Ipod on too...the wife dioesn't like that though. She thinks I don't listen. too funny!

i have itunes on or the t.v. but the only way i get in the zone is if i'm getting alot of hands and there's action at my tables, it makes me focus. If i'm cold decked and there's not much action i can lose focus pretty quick, also some days it doesn't matter what happens or what cards i get i just can't get in the zone or focus no matter what!
