In my young days.....

In my young days, when I was a lad of 80...
We used to sit up on the North Pole and play Poker,
And it was so cold the candle flame froze and you couldn,t blow it out

It's a poetry?
Or memories of youth?
Or did you need to urgently write something?

Is that
a Haiku? LOl or true story I may have to google that to see if it is possible.LOL

You should try for a warmer place to play or buy better candles.

You're lucky you lived to be 80, not all people live to be 80.

I was very happy if in my life I
managed to step over the threshold of 80 years.
