Hello poker friends,

I need some advice. To upgrade my game I want to read some good books about poker. I don't know wich books can help me the best, so maybe somebody can give me some tips.

Other tips besides books are also welcome.

Greetings

Perry

Do you play tourneys or cash games mostly?

One series of books I'll highly recommend (geared mostly for MTTs and SnGs) is the Harrington on Holdem series. Best poker books I've read.

p.s. do a search on the site for poker books. There have been several discussions on books, and you'll find some very good suggestions in those threads.

I agree with Chuck. Doyle Brunson`s Super System is interesting too.

Oh, and although not strictly poker related, if you need advice I`ve always found it worthwhile remembering this ..............

Here is a previous book thread that I think will be beneficial to you. There are some links in there as well.

The other thing you can do is check out the Articles tab at the top to see what advice is already availble here to help your game. There is some great info in the Articles.
