You know, I always try to get connected to the Net. and try to play or outplay my opponents. But these freerolls they invite me to at Noble Poker just put me in a very bad frame of mind. Like they ruin the whole evening to the point that I have finally deleted that *&^$%*( site from my computer once and for all.
SITOUTS. Jeez. Everytime I try to get involved in a game, SITOUTS. Is it just me they are doing this to? A depositors freeroll none the less. 7 sitting out. And don't try to tell me they are waiting for the blinds to get larger before they get in. They have to go all the way to the cloth first. What chance do you have when 450 register and they give us all 1,500 in chips? None. That is the chance you got. A complete waste of time.
I have made the decision GOOD_BYE NOBLE POKER AND GOOD RIDANCE.

But that's not just at NoblePoker.

There is a lot of people who just sit-out on Freerolls.

NoblePoker is ok in my eyes and i like this Site.

You had some bad Freerolls there ok , but the NICK Freerolls are ok or not ?

Just play them at Noble lol

Sitouts in freerolls are INEVITABLE. If someone is offered a slot for FREE, they will sign up and for some reason may forget that they have the freeroll slot OR, they signed up because it was free and if they happen to be home so be it and if not they figure it is a freeroll and does NOT cost them anything to register.

I can honestly say I've tried to never do this, in fact I removed myself from a Noble depositor freeroll one time when I knew I'd not be home. But people will register for ANYTHING free as they do NOT lose anything by not showing up.

i understand if they have to go somewhere or whatever but if they just want to survive an hour into the tourney they should be chucked out.

I really believe the sitouts are only hurting them selves in the end.
only my opinion though.

failure is not falling down, failure is staying down.

I've actually done that twice just for a quick study.. both tourney's were limited to 1500 people. I completly sat out on both of them, freerolls of course. I ended up 118th in one and 117th in the other. Never done it again cause I believe to either do something correctly and play or don't do it at all and never register.

sitouts reply

noooo lol, sitouts piss everyone off im pretty sure but sometimes sitouts can be a good thing like later on down the stretch when you dont have many chips at all, the sitouts all go out uusually around the same time and if you dont have many chips thats good for you because it gets you that much closer to the money, the way i figure it is about 45% of nobles freerolls are sitouts, imagine all those people goin out in a span of 10-20 minutes, it feels nice when you have like 4 chips to your name and you need 3 people to go out to place in the money.

yeah sitouts are for people that are scared to lose their chips and are just trying to get in the money spots.... this just means you dont know how to play poker and i have a friend that plays at noble which is a very good site and he got his chip stack pretty high then jsut sat out for the rest of the tourney and got in the top 3.... thats not right

I dislike sitters also, but they are at a disadvantage. The main thing they do is prolong the game. If you are patient they will blind out and then you can finish the game. Some sit out at the table, but just fold every hand. Just consider them folders, cause they miss their great hands.

i really dont get why people hate sitters so much.i love them, they are the definition of dead money.i can eat blinds all day and never find it boring.poker is a complex game where you have to constantly adjust your style of play to accomodate the conditions.sitters are an easy adjustment.would you rather the weaklings sit out or go all-in every hand?.i can not adjust to the no fold em all-in mentality as easily as someone just letting themselves fade away.

While sitouts are annoying, the general consensus is they add to the pot. I have been guilty of being a sitout a couple of times because I forgot I was registered. But, generally- I try to unregister if I know I can't play the tourney and give someone else a chance to play their best. Too often, I've been too late to register and there's someone out there like me who will unregister at the last minute and give me chance. Thank You whoever you are!!

Sitouts are vaguely annoying to me, but I do like to take advantage of them. It's not like it hurts your chances if you're seated with one, so I just grin and bear it. It's tedious, but good for your stack.
