You played a $215 tournament and yet you are grinding at the .01/.02 tables? That is sooooo wrong.

Yup, that's the most extreme I've heard of. Unless you satellite in with freerolls, which I don't think you can do at Stars. Scary.

If someone bought in for you that's staking you, not being bankrolled.

It may be just a matter of word usage, but I, and I'm guessing Seany, did not know you were being staked.

I just assumed that he thought having $215 would mean that he was bankrolled for the tournament, not that he was staked :p

all good, still getting used to the proper terminology - and upset from the beat. I wouldn't dare play the Sunday million without at least a personal roll of
$10,000

That's cool. Hope you had fun, and learned from the experience.

Last weekend we railed FourDogs who satellited in to the Sunday million. If you get to do it again. let us know, unless you don't want to be distracted.

my only thought is your re raise should have been 3600 more making it 4800 to go or even all in, giving him a real reason to re think playing that AJ.

interesting Zippy, thanks for that. The only reason i didn't go in was at the time i saw less than 10% of all flops, i thought my image was tight enough, looks like i was wrong. The player that was in the hand with me was also playing quite loose since the start, but as you said, had i have gone all in at the time, i may not have been in the same position.

One of my main guidelines was to avoid going all-in, i thought a big bet would lure him off maybe next time i will shove when i have th best and just hope the cards hold uyp if im called

Cheers

your re raise was too small, generaly it should be 3 x their raise and if that is 30% of your stack its all in.
