How big was your bankroll at the beginning of 2008 and what's your BR now? How much do you normally make or lose in about 3 months? Have you reached your goal if you had a goal?

I started 2008 with $400 and right now I have $1400. I didn't really make any goals but I thought I'd be at like $2500 by now at least.

Started with $50 currently @ $90....
I just broke out of a 15 game losing streak with a win. My goal by the end of the year was $200 but I might surpass that. I know I set the bar low but this is my first year I am taking poker seriously. I had bad experienced, mainly due to BRM but I got my head on my shoulders this time. One of my goals is to switch to cash games in the second half (if BR permits)

gl all!

Don't understand this, I'm graphing both by date (for the year and month) and they don't seem to match.

Anyway, month is going really well, the $403 on the month is correct, I'm just not sure where the error is in the year graph, because from March to present it just doesn't increase $400+. But you can see where I steadily went up, hit my bad run, started semi-tilting and playing worse. I wrote a thread on it here where I mentioned not being aggressive enough, changed this, got the positive slope, moved up to 50nl (this is right where there is an initial spike down and then sharp upwards spike) and haven't looked back. Great year so far.

oh ok that makes more sense now that I look at it. Perhaps the line that says 3/1 is really the end of the day on 3/1?

Oh no, I've been happy with my play the last couple months for sure (and the results). This past couple weeks in particular I've improved I think, specially with stealing blinds and playing position.

When I posted it, it looked kinda swingy to me, UP, down, UP, down etc. is all I was referring to.

I started in Jan. around $150 that I grew from $50 since Sep. of last year.Did it at micro limits and $1 sng's and tourneys.I built it up to $178 in Feb. but since have had a BAD run of cards along with some tilt issues am back down to $113. Trying to take a step back and see what is wrong.I don't fully know how to plug the leaks in my game.Have pokertracker but really don't know how to use it! Any advice would help. But I am not giving up and am confident I will get my BR back up in time!!!:D

I started with just over hundred dollars, went broke once and now I have 26.62 dollars. In terms of my goal for this year which is to take down the 300k gurantee, I have had two tries and last one was close to cashing.

My goal is to make 3000 to 5000 this year. Right now I am only up about 200 in cash out vs deposits but am looking for that big MTT hit. I love these trackers that you all have set up, could someone PM me on how you got all that set up.

oh but that only works if you have pokertracker and are using it to track your hands. Otherwise it has no data to draw on.

Here's Stars. Lovely in the money, 4 final tables, but no really big cash.

Party came as a surprise because the last 120 day filter has me at $1200 profit. Not so hot ITM (across all MTTs since records began I'm at 20%) and about $240 down for 2008. 4 FTs here as well and I've had a run of finishes in the teens which haven't converted. Only 1 result away from profit and in MTT variance terms I've had a lot worse.

This I'm very happy with as it shows me learning to play Ring properly for the first time (since Feb 9). Solid win rate and improving with every intention of moving to 50NL in the not too distant future.

Generally it's nice to finally have the Ring game to supplement my MTTs. I'm used to $1k+ downswings playing exclusively MTTs followed by big cashouts. The future's looking promising if the Ring continues as its started and I can get to 100NL at some point in the next few months.

Started my online bankroll on Jan 30th with $1k and now have $1311.83... I had a couple rough stretches where everything was going downhill but eventually i turn it around and turn profit. Hopefully i can avoid taking large hits to my roll when i'm in my downswing so i can turn larger profits when i win. Good Luck All
