How Old Were You When You Started Playing Poker?

I have beeen playing poker for a 9 years, I am 27 years old... :stoned:

I started playing for pennies at home with my family when I was 12. I played regulary after school in the bike sheds. After I left school I played on street cornors. There were no poker clubs or internet when I was a lad, so we played anywhere we could.

I learned how to play poker at 18 years old and played the odd game with friends but I didn’t start playing seriously and learning in depth til about 6 months ago. So far I have seen quite an improvement in my game and hope that keeps coming.

As soon as the adults would let me,i would join in the games,,,it was awesome,they would be drunk,talking too much,taking me lightly,,,lol,,,as any smart 10 yr old street-wise kid would do,i fleeced them for all their money.I was hooked as any kid would be,,,

My older brothers started taking my pennies playing 7 card stud when I was 8 years old lol. It's just always been around in my life.

I've been playing poker for almost 7 years. year of them played for fun..

In poker I started playing as a college student at 17, played a penny, then there was a big break and when the online poker appeared I again play.

Dealers choice for pennies at grandmas dining room table with the family at 7.

I started when I was 16 back in the day I was winning freerolls in my dad's name...

Well getting in the money not sure if I won one or not.

I started when I was 5yrs. old... as soon as I was old enough to fan the cards out in my hand while playing 'draw' poker. Began playing for pennies by the time I was 6 or 7 & dollars by 10.

I started playing at 32 years old, today it's been a little over a year since I played poker, I threw myself into this new world. Each day that passes more interesting is getting.

Poker (NLH) started to play more seriously 3 years ago, but I was playing on the "or come on or not" basis, but many allin taught me to be patient, watch and take me over.(

I started playing at the age of 19 but only from time to time. Then, at the age of 24, roughly a year ago, I began to play more seriously.

I started playing poker at age 22 and played intermittently, then I did not play, I'm now playing seriously
about 5 years from 2012 in online poker, but in general I play poker for 12 years!

I started playing poker when I was about 26-27 years old !!! started playing playing free chips on social networks and for a long time about 8-9 years I played in social networks just for fun but for the fourth year I'm playing for real money at pokerstar !!!

well ive knowned the game for at least 10 years,but im actively playing for a year or so

3 years ago I was 23 years old

I have so much time playing that and not remember when it started the game, probably in 20 years

3 or 4 month after I make my stars account and start to play poker then join cardschat forum. so its almost 2 years ago i think. im 28 now. but still feell young yeah.. heheh GL
