People are not robots. So stop trying to get rid of emotions and rather try to understand why you experience the emotions you are experiencing.

I strongly suggest you read "The mental game of poker" by Jared Tendal. It deals with tilt and the emotional aspects of the game. Instead of telling you no to have emotions it helps you understand the origin of those emotions so that you can learn how to control them.

For example you might get angry when someone cracks your Aces with an inferior hand like TJs because you have the misconception that you should always win with Aces no matter what. If this is the case it shows that you don't understand the variance aspect of poker and thus needs to learn about it and accept it as part of the game.

It really helps a lot yes. The moment you start analyzing your emotions instead of just excepting them as part of the game is the moment you become better at controlling them. Yes, you'll still get upset, sad or angry but instead of going on tilt you will have a conversation with yourself. For example -

Me: Damn that fool with his stupid suck-out on the river.
Other Me: Well, not everyone is a pro and it was only one pair even though it was AA.
Me: Yeah but why does it always happen to me!
Other Me: So what you're saying is that it's okay for other people to have bad luck but not for you?
Me: Of course not! I just wish I could have SOME good luck once in a while.
Other Me: You mean like when you caught that miracle J on the river yesterday against KK with your JJ?
Me: Oh shut up and lets play poker. Whose side are you on anyway?

So yeah, work out what's bugging you about the situation and then figure out why it's bugging you.

Never hold a grudge against someone who has taken your chips. Since not doing that I've noticed that the people who lose a big stack often go down in a blaze of glory shortly after due to being emotional.

Every hand is a new hand and it should be played accordingly.

You can really play without emotions depends on the opponents and most important you have a good bankroll so make sure your ready to lose before playing but of course losing in a good fight is always be a good game. Cheers!

In front of a computer do whatever you want....jump, put your angriest face, be happy lol....because nobody is seeing you, but if you are playing live game be respetfull to the players in the table, that is important for me.

Of course this is very difficult to control yourself at the poker tables. You know, sometimes i loose lots of money, because i can,t hold myself and my patience is gone somewhere. You need to control yourself. I understand, this is easy to say and not so easy to do that. If you want to win money on poker - you need to work on it.

Thats a nice advise:)))) I drink durring the tournaments...dont get drunk but i like to have my glass with me:p

About emotions how much you try to contol them more easy become for others to read them.Be yourselff i saw hands shacking on live tournaments on tv is natural.

What shall you do if a player is shacking but it goes ALL IN?

Nothing you could do actually, if you are an online poker player let your emotions go just stay away from live poker ;)
What you might do, play lower stakes, at stakes you don't really care about

Always keep in mind that it's just a game where luck plays it's own part... Sometimes you are unlucky, it's in the nature of this game not always best player wins. Keep calm and enjoy it!! :)

This is impossible if you are not an algorithm. What you can try to improve is your anxiety.
