Have you ever played tired?
Several times it happened that I registered in the tournament and I know that I will not be able to play it with 100% of my capabilities, I think it's a pure waste of time and money...

Yes, not that often, but yes. Once i have registered on tournament, knowing i had to go in 20 minutes :) I don't know where my brain was of thinking.. so yeah.. small buyin but what so ever.. non reasonable move.

Tired.. that is something i don't feel when i play poker. Adrenalin is so high and hearth beat is pumping blood strong, so i can't become tired.

Only time rage sometimes can mess my game.

I think you are right. During a long tournament everybody is getting tired. But if you will regularly practice long sessions you will probably increase your endurance and tiredness will not affect you very much.

It really can affect your judgement and also when the game gets too far you start thinking when its going to end so you can sleep well haha, my advise, always have a good rest before playing poker ;)

I do not get tired, I get more is annoyed to lose because of a letter in the end.
But it's still like that I stop a day or two without playing and then I come back.

I have main job and mostly going to play in poker after work, usually tired, but playing more for fun, not for money or a time.

Played a late tourney last night, finished 7 but should've gotten a better result, i was too tired and made a huge mistake going all in with 99 with 50+BB left, so yes, playing tired will affect your game, the real question is how much?

Indeed, when you are too tired you are not in the condition to fight in the game, like when eyes are closing...Better be refreshed as much as you can.

Just a good way to kill time. Not focused or disciplined when tired.
i find I miss obvious things an make mistakes.

At first I spent a lot ... sometimes I started playing a tournament at night and they lasted too long and fatigue and sleep did not let me finish it as it should ... now I organize better and check well the estimated time which lasts the tournament in which I am going to register ... as well as to have the necessary time to play ...

Once I sat down to play very tired and eventually took third place in the tournament with a micro buyin and won $ 800. This is my best result when playing poker.

Playing tired is difficult and therefore I do not play late into the night. I will give up easily and or make stupid decisions.

Hello friend, I'll be honest with you in my answer. I work at night, work in a bar, an establishment specializing in the sale of alcoholic beverages, my job requires a lot of attention, due to the fact that the night is a long time spent. Sometimes when I play during the day after I finish my work, I feel sleepy, it makes me lose my concentration, my decision-making is not correct when I apply the strategies. Wrong strategy at the wrong time results in wasting time and money. So it's always good to be prepared physically and mentally to be winners.

If you are playing cash games just stop whenever you feel tired... but if you play big field tournaments you will definitely get tired at some point with the run times lasting for several hours (even sometimes 10+).

Learn how to keep playing reasonably even when you are tired - while you might not be playing optimally, you will at least give yourself a chance to make it deep into the field if you learn to tighten up and wait when you are not feeling your best.

Remember your opponents should be tired too and that getting bored and making bad plays is a recipe for disaster.

Good luck to you! :D

When I play tired in a tournament,I usually play like a donk. I'll just throw it all in with any premium hands. Figuring if I go out then I can get some sleep, and if I get lucky and accumulate a lot of chips then usually I'll try to wake myself up and go for a FT.

If I'm tired then I try a few times to go to the Bank if you didn't, then leave you waiting, sometimes it brings unexpected results.

This happens to me at both live poker room and online. Hard to keep that edge so that you are always focused and alert. I always know when I am getting tired but if I am playing in a live room I usually think well I will let the button come around to me one more time then about 30 minutes later I am still thinking about leaving

Why do you play it?

To get money? to get fun? to relax? to get a challenge? You have to know where you want to go, without that, no answers.

Fatigue always has a bad effect on the game and I totally agree with you. But if you already in the tournament you do not have to go where you need to squeeze out a maximum that would at least get your money back.
