How to spot a tight poker player in a live game?

Well, I've been playing poker for several years now whether if its Online or live events. And i noticed some of the players in a live poker table were eating. Probably because the tournament started lunch time, so we were all starving. Now if you notice a player who eats at the table always fold, then thats your cue.. you can take advantage and go aggresive especially if he/she is on the blinds. Coz he/she will fold unless he gets a super nice hand, if not he will definitely fold. Why? He/she is so busy holding or having lunch.. have fun at the tables!!!
