The selling of playchips a couple of years ago caused Ultimate Bet to make a change in the way you can transfer playchips to another person. Before the change you could send unlimited amounts, now you can only send 50,000 per day.
Check Ebay, that's where the playchip sales for UB were. 20 million for $200 and yes, everytime you listed them they sold. On UB you could and still can create as many accounts as you want, so you create a new account, send yourself 50k a day until you have enough to go play in the 1000/2000 NL tables, then build it up to the 20 million mark in a day or so. You can only have 21.4 million per account, if you go over and they notice it, they drop you back to 10 million. Not a big deal.
Now you just create accounts with different names, emails and when you sell the playchips you sell the entire account to the person.
You could seriously make more playing for playchips, building and selling than you could playing the 25 NL. No risk at all since all longtime UB players probably have 50 million in various accounts.
Not that I would ever do such a thing mind you. I'm too bored to get into all that.
