How can the pros play?

Hey everyone new to the site so not sure if its been asked before, I have always wondered with the laws now against us all playing online, How do the pros like Kidpoker on pokerstars still get to play in all the events like scoop, and stuff. It just doesn't seem fair, I haven't been able to play on Pokerstars since that one day that I won't mention.

The pros that wanted to continue playing online moved out of the U.S. Not difficult.

Negreanu moved back to canada so he could continue playing on Pokerstars. I'm sure many other pros did the same in moving to somewhere it was deemed illigal in order to continue playing online poker.

that's right, most of them went to live to canada i believe. Because if they still live in the us they can't play on pokerstars

Pretty much what they said is true regarding pros moving. US players do have some options, though generally these sites have a fraction of the traffic of the larger sites like STARS and Full Tilt. Check out https://www.cardschat.com/us-poker-sites.php for a pretty good list and ranking on them. It's definitely not what it once was but online poker isn't dead in the US.

kidpoker does live in vegas, but also in Canada so he can play online, just like Ivey plays in mexico I believe but also lives in vegas too.
