How Poker Players Access the Money They Wire Transferred to the Casino

Heard that a big majority of poker players wire transfer money to the casino and can access the cash by going to the main cage and withdrawing the money there, by getting a line of credit, or by getting it directly from the table. My question is how does getting a line of credit work, and how would they access the wired money by getting it at the table? Just curious.
