When you have a winning session of poker do you usually quit to lock in your winnings or do you keep on playing?

And if you keep on playing, how much profit do you need to achieve before you quit?

A minimum of 30$ in one day. And it works in cash games. Two tables at the same time.

I play a set hour limit and only quit early if I feel I'm not playing my best or tilting. If a game is real juicy I may stay a little longer at table past my limit.

Yes. It's a good question. I, whenever I had a beautiful earning, honestly to be withdrawing my money. Just for this game: to win not?

I usually limit the game only time, there is no specific framework for winning a day

I think that you need to leave right after a good win only if you did not go to your limit (cash game) and much higher and you were lucky there! then go away with the win will be true! and if you play on your own limit, then do not be afraid to lose, play as long as there is a desire and strength

I usually play not only to win money, but just for fun. After I won quite a bit and thing get bored, I'll take time off.

If the game is good then I play until I get tired. The better question is how much losing before you stop. A stop loss of 5 buy-ins works for me. At 5 buy-ins is when I start to become aggravated and my game starts to fall off.

lately I have been playing cash game, and when I doubled the buy in of the table, I left the table, and entered another. more whenever I double the gains I left. to ensure .. And then use profit for more earnings.

Winning or losing has nothing to do with when i quit. I may quit early if getting my ass kicked but its more for tilt control than anything else.

This can be tricky. If you are a winning player, it doesn't matter if you play for 4 hours or a 40 hour marathon. You're in it for the long haul anyway. You just have to feel it out. It might be good to have a plan in mind so you don't tilt your winnings away. If you've won a bunch and are way up... keep playing but as soon as you lose a hand or two, you might want to consider cashing out and taking a break from the table while you are ahead. I'm not a very good cash game player, so I don't know how valuable that advice is...
