How much Information can you get from poker software?

I was just wondering what can online poker players use to give them an advantage online that live poker players can't, I know poker tracker lets you know about your winnings and replays your hands to learn from your mistakes,
but, i've also heard about other software that ''mines'' information about other players betting pattern,etc. I don't know if thats legal . Or I've also heard of people using bots to play up to 30+ tables. Is there more software that gives you a slight advantage that I'm not mentioning?

Table selectors can give you an advantage, but I don't use them or know much about them.

That's also what poker tracker does

Bots are banned by all reputable poker sites.

PokerTracker collects data, but it's data from hands that you were involved in, and that's okay. Collecting observed hand data is not allowed on most sites.

I think programs like RNG aren't allowed.. they say what cards could appear on the flop... have to pay like 100 dolares for a license of 6 months..
