As for me, I can only play up to 6 tables. If I play more, I lose concentration and eventually go bust. How do you guys handle 20+ tables at a time? Is there a secret? :)

I think 2,3 table, all over that is bad choice.
Ofc you also must play similar games,it is not good to mix high and low stakes, cash games with tournaments.

I prefer 4 to 6 tables still have time to get reads on people and keep up with notes etc.. Anything more im only playing the cards and waiting on good hands to play. 4-6 I play a lot stronger

Yesterday I was playing 4 like I do a lot. 3 MTTs and 1 25nl 6 max table, and I did lose focus and won $0. From now on, if I'm going to play a 25nl table, I'm only playing only one other table. I'm trying to move up from 10nl full ring to 25nl 6 max and what I'm finding out is that I have to give the cash game more attention if I plan to make money at it.

I play 12 tables maximum. If i play more tables, i can lose control of game. I can't choose the size of raises, and i haven't time to count my outs, when in another table my turn.

3 tables in cash game, or perhaps 2 tables on tournaments.

I can only 4 tables, maybe 6 tables, but there already can not pay much attention, such as marking players, who took the last hand, among other things.

get to play 8 or 10 at most, with bad results, I prefer to play two or three maybe four tables, regardless of the poker rooms.

Multi-table

I have played nine or ten freerolls at one time, but four to six is probably the most efficient.

I usually play 20 on my laptop and 30 at a time on my home computer (multiple screens). Not cash games offcourse. I feel those are allot more dynamic and i am less good at those.. So max of 6 in cashgames.

I would like to play around 40 at a time. :)

Just doing it. :p Slowly increase the number of tables. But it takes time. My biggest help is holdem manager/ pokertracker. You basically become a robot.

What is according to the numbers (and ICM) the best solution for the hand.

I can play 3, and lose my mind while I'm doing it. Nobody better say anything to me when I playing 3, or I'll lose my concentration or a friend. Maybe if I had dual monitors, I could comfortable play more but as it is I have to flip and flip between the game tiles to be at the right table. I sometimes miss a bet or miss bet when playing 3. Not ready to invest in another monitor at this time, anyway I only play micros so there are not that many of them going on at once anyway.

I can play 3, and lose my mind while I'm doing it...

This right here... lol... but I really just like ONE... if it's playing against thinking opponents because sometimes instead of playing just the cards, chips or position, I like to play the player(s mind?) effectively... When I play more than 1 table I find that hard to do... max I can do is 3 playing cards by position... I mainly play tournament... KUDOS to those that have the ability to do more that that...

I usually play at two tables at once
One Cash table and one tournament table and when I'm getting far in the tournament I leave my cash table.
