The only reason why ESPN edits shows the big bluffs, big suck outs, and big
hands is because live poker is so boring. If ESPN was to broadcast every single hand played, there would be no one watching.
How many 'mistakes' did they make and get lucky? I don't know. How many good decisions did they make, though? Answer that please. How many pots did they take uncontested? How many 3-bet shoves did they make at the right time to a button making a move? How many times did he trap an opponent or get them to stack with 2nd nuts? How many hands did you not see at all being played out?
You make it sound like they played bad the entire time but you only see maybe 1% of their hands they play. Of course you have to get lucky sometimes in order to get deep in MTTs. Its almost impossible to not, but you make it sound like thats all they did.
