If you are loosing in situations where you had the best hand (bad beats) and you're also loosing due to your own negligence and loosing with the worst hand then you will continue to loose double what you should.That should be enough to realize when you loose to bad beats you need to play level headed and not punt chips off.

Cash game set up auto rebuy to table max or rage "X" out of the screen every time you tilt. I won the most i'v ever won in an MTT when at one point I had 3 BB left and was furious.....I did not tilt but just counted my hands and shoved with 88 I later won the entire thing. Tilt ruins big tournament finishes.....the game is famous or its tilt since objectively speaking the hands are not too far away from each other especially with position/implied odds and have to call situations.

I still tilt occasionally, I simply walk away from poker for a couple days.
