1, lamination- best way if you plan to preserve the card for collection purposes(not for play)
2, waterproof Wood(carpenter) glue- best for cards made from paper.
3 , colorless nail polish- best for cards made from plastic
4, Car paint protector- best for cards that you use on a daily basis.
mostly i use 1 for rare cards and photos, 2&3 for cards to last longer and 4 for cards that will take a lot of beating .
Hope it helps.
I am using the MTG card protector, but it still gets worn out.
PS: when shuffle with protector, I am not using that Legendary MTG card shuffle way, but shuffle and rib...so...think that gets worned out quickly
would try the other way u mentioned, thank you.
PS: I think that deck is a limited version from an Expo, so...no way to buy another in the later future or something.
