Look at a game Bernies, like he is playing hands for all game. Deep breatche to don't show emotions or whatever. Check out last videos from Dublin tournament, when he lose in final with Polish player Urbanovich. He is absoulety amator but his behavior is very frustrating.
Peace!
The more time you spend at the tables and playing, the less nervous you'll be-Try to control yourself.Take a deep breath and exhale about of subminds is good.
I would like to know solution but still I don't have a answer, maybe juste be over that I mean nothing expect....
I have problems when I losse , because I can't forgot the hand what I lost , and I think this is a problem , but as I a lot of players already told just try to forget about this hand , but is really hard dunno how players can forgot.
You must be prepared and ready for all the different outcomes you might face in the game!
We all have big losses and been angry about a lost against a bingo player but never been close to the fire of psychosis.
I will say you need to realize that every Poker hand outcome could be even a win or a lost, that is why the variance exist.
If you realize this when it happens just walk away and remember that it is happening to many other players. :icon_scra
Try yoga.
my friend, like it or not, poker depends on mathematics, cunning and luck ...
and when we speak of luck: not to frighten her ...
mathematics: study the odds
smarts: how look the jogadore act
to analyze some of each and several other things, you will know the way to act emotionally to make the best possible game
I find using my vaporizer and enjoy two bags of quality herb gives me a nice mellow buzz. I might play slower but I play way better.
think the best is to choose a short pause, think about the game, zanalizovat situation and start as from the outset
Nervious situations and possible subsequent tilt help us to memorize our mistakes. It is useful enough thing. You only need to be far from guns, knifes and open windows in case of very offensive loss )
maybe try more tables, just focus on the action and then move on
theoretically not difficult ... but when you start to get nervous, it seems that control is not possible)
Mindfulness, deep breaths, even letting yourself curse and yell for a moment after a bad beat or missed play then let it go.
I find for me that more upbeat music helps keep focused, and taking a deep breath before, during, and after a big play (well online at least, I don't want to give away tells live, so live I would likely mentally self talk and tell myself to remain calm and focused).
Also what I found recently helps is that if I feel I'm playing tilted or scared or suffered a bunch of bad beats, I'll drop to a lower level briefly and get some confidence back. I thought it was silly but it actually makes me feel better, gets me focused again, and then I go back to my level ready to crush.
I had a big win a few weeks ago which changed my perspective and also took pressure off those nervous moments in poker play. Which I think is incorrect , I shouldn't let the win influence me either way but from a human perspective it's nice to have a win put me in the black and not feel like the account is just going down down down lol.
