Why? 1800 hands is a tiny sample size. Many players will see that many hands in a day, I only play a few hours or so at a time and can easily see several hundred hands in one session just 2-4 tabling.
I do agree that once a player has a handle on the game, and has the bankroll to support it,
they should move out of the micros as soon as possible due to the freeroll mentality at those stakes. But you don't do it based on simply a hand count, and a small one at that.
