Not a bad article, except for the part where it says it's better to take a break,thus missing a few hands. WRONG. Every time I do that and when I check the previous hands when I come back from the break, most of the time I have missed a hand where I was dealt pocket Aces.

Ohh i get so pissed, good thing is that is online play so nobody cant see me when i turn into HULK SMASH! LOL - and sometimes i just look up and say - WHY GOD WHY , and after that i call myself an idiot for making a mistake and not been lucky just few minutes more.

If you can't handle bad beats you should stop playing poker it's as simple as that! If you can not understand that the variance is part of poker and only continuous learning will help reduce variance because the most bad beats usually caused by your bad play....
With regard to the post , it is useless article, break or to keep track hands will not help you if you're a losing player...

Nice short article! But if any of you really want to take a step further to improve your game I would recommend Jared Tendler's the mental game of poker. You can read it or you can listen to it, since there is an audiobook available too.
