Two days ago I put in a request at Pokerroom.com to have $140.00 transferred into my netteller account. You would figure there wouldn't be a problem because they transferred money into my account before. But today would be different.
I woke to find my account closed. I sent them email after email 18 of them before they responded to me that I need to fax them copies of my I.D. Then I have emailed them another 8 to ask for there fax number and have yet to hear from them. This place bites. Does anybody have any ideas on how to get paid from pokerroom? I guess I am just beat.

Do you have any idea why they closed your account?
Usual reasons are collusion and underage.
If you feel tey owe you and you have done nothing wrong i would suggest a short but sweet letter from your solicitor will do the trick.
Other than that try going threw a very large forum with a bit of weight behind it and report them to all the blacklists you can find.

I never liked pokerroom.com. The gameplay there is slow and you can't go all in at any point. The only good thing about it is you don't have to download it to your computer.:hmpf:

Yes there are things that can be done. First you need get a detailed response as to why they closed your account and are refusing to release your funds. After they explain their side and you explain yours if you can't come to a resolution, file a complaint here http://www.kahnawake.com/gamingcommission/
They are the gaming commision that licenses pokerroom.com! Good luck with it and let me know how it turns out!

Well Dice you picked a poker room that is regulated by http://www.ciga.an/ or the government of Curacao in simple terms. Now the problem with these folks is they do not accept player complaints yet! Nice huh? Generally you can solve most problems with a card rooms support. In your case I don't really see much of an option other than to try and resolve the issue with Betfair between yourselves. Good Luck

Same thing here with Noble Poker - they want me to email through a copy of my passport and credit card!!!! Signed up for neteller, but they wouldn't withdraw until i made deposit. They don't reply to emails - i'm not giving up though!

VERY common for poker rooms to want you to deposit before you withdrawal. Main reason is to identify who you are! I had to deposit before I withdrew to neteller from Noble.... It works out in the end trust me.... although you should expect Noble to be slow cause they are!
