In all situations, I turn on soft music and relax. And when it comes to a good card, I start to play with new force.

Find whats best for u when u dont play poker maybe its reading a book , maybe taking a shower. If u want something to work instantly take your feet and put them in a cold water and wait for few mins and VUALA . Btw in a week of doing feet in cold water u will get relaxed very fast :)

When I'm feeling a little tilted/ frustrated from a beat during one of my sessions I do one of 2 things;
1: In cash games I'll sit out after a few hands and take a break to eat or something else not poker related.
2: In a tournament or sng I'll play only premium hands until break and have a quick snack or smoke.
Doing either of these things doesn't get rid of the frustration completely but it helps taking those breaks shortly after a beat.

I look for my mistakes, and correct my game. Judging from my experience, not only mistakes of the game have a place, but also moves and bad opponents game. So you should take a break and calm down.

If I played it correctly then I mostly give a thumps up for the opponent, but if I made a mistake, I go outside and try to calm down a bit.

If it's regular bad beats then take break and do something else. If it's a really bad beat like 2 outs on the river and the villain hits and I had all my money in before the river Then better to stop playing that day it's going to take a while to get over that one

Controlling your emotions at the poker tables is the number one key to your success. Sure, you can always get a little bit better technically by improving your understanding of the game and learning how to play optimally versus specific player types.

If I thought that tilt (serious or minor) may have a significant impact on my decisions, I go out and play all day.

I do not believe in the idea that you can get rid of tilt once and for all. You have to accept it as a natural part of the game and a part of you.

Once I start to play, I'm distracted by something, it can be a walk to calm down or to play football. But in no case do not continue to play, because in a bad mood you will only lose

Bad beats, suck outs, all of these things have become so much easier to deal with once I started analyzing my play, could I have done anything different. Look I cannot control the cards that come, I can not control what villain is going to do. I look at the hand from the point of view of :let's see if I could have done anything to change the outcome, maybe not win the hand but maybe lose less money, or did I win the most??? Once I became able to do this I stopped really getting angry. Don't get me wrong in the heat of the moment I still have a reaction, that is normal I think

My biggest issue is getting aggravated with a player at the table, seems like someone always gets under my skin. If I cant move past it I will switch tables. Unfortunately, in the past I have allowed it to affect my game

Every player of the game have been one time or another. It happens to even the best at time, even tho you know you shouldnt let it happent to you. All that is left is what steps you take to prevent it from affecting your game. For example, it takes a lot for me to become tilt, has to be multiple bad beats within a short period of time, and when i see that happen i take a break from the game and do sometime else that would change or lighten up my mood, read some articles or books, watch vids, come on this forum :) , watch tv, etc. Just do something to help me forget about my bad beats and hopefully my tide would turn when i get back to the game. thumbs up :)

Happens 2 us All

I like to think of tilting as being very relative. After you lose a few thousand to a 2 outer after calling a all-in bluff, losing a few back to back sessions for 300 wont put you on tilt as much. Its an odd thing this tiltyness.

On another note Ive haven't been on full tilt for a long time.

Yes. The main thing is not to play during tilt. You need yourself to do something - but do not play poker.

Usually such crap comes after the withdrawal of funds from the account, as if everything against you goes right afterwards.
