I´m actully getting used to this. I face a bad beat more than 20 times in a single day. Keep moving your life is the best solution. Sometimes, I look at the computer and pass throught my mind breaking it. I´m released to say I didn´t go so far!

My bad habit is that I do not handle tilt at all. While increasing stakes in attempt to recover is the last thing a player should ever ever do, its the exact thing that I sometimes try. I am quite experienced player but in this respect I am still having my first steps - to handle tilt PROPERLY
