What I did was to keep some of the funds within the site for some of the biggest games and withdrew the rest.

I think the best solution is to take out most of the winnings and spend on something pleasant and useful for you and your family. This will be the best motivation in the future.

Hi Polytarp.

This is a good post, good because it serves as a reminder to invest in ourselves after a win. Everytime I look at my VR PS4 I have a sense of pride as I bought that with poker winnings..costing in total with accessories and games a winnings investment of approx $800.
I always allow myself a treat if I win, in 2014, one win paid off three quarters of a summer vacation for me and my wife!
Good luck to all and best wishes from the pirate ar ar ar ar [emoji4]

I agree with cashing out some and continuing with the level you are in to replicate your success before even thinking about moving up in stakes.

Bigger bankrolls need more protecting than smaller bankrolls. There's no rush in poker - life is one long session.

Over the years I can't even count the number of times I've seen someone get a big score and jump up in stakes and lose it all back.

I, too, when I win, then withdraw funds, and I, too, leave for myself funds for the game so that I can play cash games!

I always try to withdraw a part of the money. But 20-30% I leave, in order to be able to make several bets for sports events.

Hi.
At the moment, I do not have particularly big winnings.
But I believe that it will be right to withdraw funds.
Good luck.

No big win yet for me, I'm sure I'd leave around 20% or 100 buyins at the next level and withdraw the rest.

Hello.
Undoubtedly, the money you managed to win, you need to withdraw from the account, and spend on anything material. This may be an additional motivation for you.

I would encourage people to save a portion of the winnings (preferably a large portion) rather than spending it.

Withdraw everything you have won. Then deposit what you usually deposit. Dont change your bankroll tactics because if you do, you will find yourself with no money soon enough.

And what do you mean by big winnings? 1-2 place in the tournament with huge fields and win x400-600? Such victories usually give players too much excessive self-confidence and on courage you can lose a lot of money. But bankroll management solves this problem as well as possible - follow the original rules of its conduct and questions you will not have, but the ideal option is of course to leave the necessary bankroll to continue the game on the limit on the step above, and the rest of the money to take off and rejoice in the victory with money in your pocket.

I consider a big win when both the buy-in and the field are large and you make it to the final table. As with your post, there is good advice here to follow. In the past I was careful about minimizing my online footprint and changed aliases like I changed my socks. Old habits are hard to break but I've become more transparent so that in the future you can view my statistics and correlate them with what I post here.

Same as a big loss. What could have done better and could have got more value on hands.

I withdraw it to my e-wallet. I also do it regularly, when I think it is too much on the room. I keep a part on this wallet to use it for some promos for example or registering to a new room. Some part I withdraw from the e-wallet to use it personally, for vacation for example.

So a BIG WIN would be something around 200k.
Until then I would reinvest, jump higher in stakes and enjoy my nice bankroll.:heeeellll

That's really up to you. When i started playing online poker i made myself a document how to manage bankroll. I'm following it and its going good for me. I'm withdraw once a year, usually before my summer vacations :). I'm not going greedy to join bigger tournaments for bigger prizes. I'm really happy with the tourneys i'm grinding. Once i feel i can join some of those tourneys ill do it. Till then im following my BR management. *Soon making a new one for bigger tourneys, bigger prizes!

unfortunately I did not have big poker wins at most 500 $ so at this moment I do not have to think about how to spend money I think how to win them))) but if I win then I will definitely withdraw some of the money from my account and another part of the money will go to the poker game to increase the limit I will play more expensive tournaments !!!

Unfortunately, I have not won much yet. But I think the best solution is to withdraw most of the funds.

Unfortunately I have not won so much money that it was not a shame to withdraw them, but I hope that sooner or later I will be lucky and I will break my jackpot

My biggest win was only 340 bucks, I put it towards my bankroll so I can continue playing.

I act with measure and wisdom. When I achieve a goal I withdraw a part and continue to the next target!
