I've played dozens of freerolls, win a couple of cents and dollars here and there and then I can't even play a couple of hands without losing it, should i just save it up or keep doing what i'm doing?

depends on where you play at, and what kinda tables they host... for FTP you need at least $2 to sit at a table and $1 for a tourney... if you have over $2 just got to a .05/.10 table and wait for a top hand and push... I don't know if there is an exact strategy for building for freeroll winnings, but i would say wait till you have $10 or so to start trying your luck...

i would try to build a bankroll by playing the freerolls( placing ) and see how you do at the sit-n-goes you can narrow your field down to the same players for one table and better your odds of building a bankroll! hope the advice helps your bankroll! take care and good luck!

the other day i turned .75 in freeroll winnings on tropical (i came 8th) into 45 USD. Of course i lost it all on a stupid all in against the guy i won it off lmao but the way i did it is i played low stakes till i got my BR up to about 10 and then went up a level. This usually works for me but i seem to have more luck in cash games anyway.

Depending on my freeroll winnings, U generallt try to get into a buyin tourney to build my stack. If I want to play a ring game to build stack I choose Hi/Low Pot limit Omaha...gives me the chance to see more cards and evaluate my hand for minimal cost....Also, if you are a depositing player at the site, gives you a nice steady accumulation of points/rake/bonus.

i agree with building up your bankroll to at least $5 min, i would say stay off the ring tables. go for the 1.25 sng's i found the dollar tournys have just as many donks in them as the regular freerolls (even more in the furguson =p) and time of day is another thing to consider i like late evening (i'm on pst) i see less lotto players at that time of day. one more thing i look for in the sng's before i enter is the time difference between start times, the bigger the start time difference the better. IMO play to make the money first before playing for the win, much more important to make your entry money back when your dealing with a small BR.
