How do professional players become pokerstar pro's?

Not that i want to become one because im certainly not, but im just curious to know how do they become noticed? How do live players get to be in the team pro and how do online pros get to be in the team online ?

Live players = good solid mtt winnings with added cash games (on tv especially)
Online pros = good volume+solid winnings+diversification(helps when you're not from US) and a good blog

There are different sections,

TeamOnline I guess is which you are referring to most? These are selected by applications and you get invited to apply for a postion if you are supernova status.

"team pro" like Daniel Neg, isildur1 etc are just people who are famous and obviously pros by their own rights so get as if they would like to be sponsored.
