I deposited 50$ this January and started playing
.2/.5 my bankroll reached 140$
I have PT3 and i just passed my 20k hand and started losing in 700 hands i lost 40$
so i heard somewhere that you should go over your Hand History and Check your play
The question is how do i do that where do i start what am i looking for in particular hands

You probably will get better advise, but my first recommendation would be to go back and review your losing session. Were they because of tilt? Was it one big hand? Etc.

Starting there will hopefully start to narrow it down for you.

Something that helped me tremendously was looking at big to medium hands...win or lose. Specifically look at the betting you and your opponent did and gauge if you should have done something differently. It's easy in retrospect, so then you have to take it and learn from any mistake.

Examples are, did you bet too little? too much? Did you call when you should have raised? should have folded early? Shouldn't even have been in the hand at all? Was it just a bad beat? Did you suck out? Could you have made more? Could you have lost more? Were your odds appropriate?

This improved my game 10 fold...use your mistakes and learn from them and improve. Don't tilt. Every time I take a bad beat I sit out a round and take a walk. Now granted I play live mostly...but similar things apply online.

1) Take a screen shot of your stats (positional breakdown would be the most useful) and post them here. We'll be able to quickly identify if you have any basic leaks through that.

2) Post hands that you are unsure of in the HA section.

Always important to remember that you can hit a bad run without doing anything seriously wrong...Matter of fact over time it's an inevitability. It's important to judge yourself and your profitability over a large number of hands, not on a select period if you have a bad week or so.
