Something that helped me tremendously was looking at big to medium hands...win or lose. Specifically look at the betting you and your opponent did and gauge if you should have done something differently. It's easy in retrospect, so then you have to take it and learn from any mistake.
Examples are, did you bet too little? too much? Did you call when you should have raised? should have folded early? Shouldn't even have been in the hand at all? Was it just a bad beat? Did you suck out? Could you have made more? Could you have lost more? Were your odds
This improved my game 10 fold...use your mistakes and learn from them and improve. Don't tilt. Every time I take a bad beat I sit out a round and take a walk. Now granted I play live mostly...but similar things apply online.
