HOW BAD COULD IT BE online???

How good should u be before u start playin real cash online. ive been playin online for a few weeks. i've won a few MTT free play tourneys. i dont like that fact that i cant read peoples faces or tells online. also i'm a lil scared still about cheaters and i have a addictive personality. wut skill level should i be at & how much should i buyin. i would condsider myslef a amateur do to the competition out there. ive been only playin a few years. any advice will be trully takin to heart thanks yall.:bandit:

This isn't good...you WILL find yourself obsessed with online poker, your moods will be affected by how good of a day you had at the tables, etc. You have to learn to walk away and forget about poker for weeks if necessary.

You should know some basic concepts of the game and learn how to play a tight-aggressive style.

I would deposit some $$$ into a site with a bonus (Party is a good one) and play at the low-level tables and gain some experience.

If you like nano-limit games, which are good to perfect your straight-up play without risking a lot of your bankroll, I would suggest pokerstars. They have .02/.04 limit hold'em games as well as .01/.02 NL hold'em games.

thanx for the tips chic. i'm addicted to poker but i still know its just a game. i will aways leave the game as like i went to a movie as entertainment. if i win it was a good flick if not i would hope to not watch it again. once angain thanks for your advice.

Thats what i did when i started playing online poker also chic. Another good poker site is pokerchamps. I tried that a few days ago and its a really good site for low level players.

You should be winning tournaments in free-play first.
Try pacific poker.
