I do not look at the time of the game.
I love cash games.
After 20 minutes after game start the brain on automatism chooses the right combinations and I win 70% of the hands.
After an hour of play, fatigue comes and I understand that it is necessary to interrupt.
For a successful game, I have two or three hours a day.
If I play more I can go to minus.

The biggest enemy of the game is fatigue and alcohol. The bank is lost in an hour.

On weekdays from Monday to Friday I play 2-3 hours a day in the evenings, and on weekends I can play cash games for a long time and participate in tournaments in which I can spend 4-5-6 hours or more!

yes and true if you stay too long in the game it ends up tiring the mind which affects its results.

Hi.
I usually play 3-5 hours a day.
Sometimes I am on a business trip, so on such days I do not play at all.
But usually I try to play every day.
Good luck.

usually about 12 hours dedicated to poker and the study of the game, intercalating with schedules of exercises and food, bath plus leisure moments watching football games etc

I dedicate daily to play one or two hours during the week, on weekends they arrive at 3 or 4 hours, obviously the time is reduced or it increases depending on how well I am doing, there are days when you do not win even with a couple of AA in hand.

when the mood is bad and everything goes wrong, I don’t play.
it is always a defeat.
strength of spirit is necessary, otherwise there will be no sense

16 hours daily, because you have to be prepared for the BIG tournament that is going to come up next...
For example I won an entry to the 1.000.000 God of the Arena Main Event on 888 this sunday. As I won the entry I'm not allowed to latereg, and only the latereg period is 280 minutes. That's 4 an 1/2 hours until the game really starts... :driver:
