If you do this make sure to have 2 different colour decks ;-) and that (even with 2 different colours) be careful the decks dont get mixed.
Sounds silly, but I have actually seen this happen in a game, after I made the same warning.
"oh dont be silly, the decks are different colours they won't get mixed."
20 minutes later, "there are 2 queen of spades here!"
It only takes a fraction of a second and some careless card handling and another hand is ruined.
The best way is to make sure that each person can deal and shuffle without spraying the cards everywhere. Im lucky I know a lot of professional dealer and we play home games, with a little practice anyone can shuffle like a pro and keep the game secure. If someone can't then dont let them, they will slow the game down and be prone to error. Make them practice.
