What would be your specialty when playing poker, in which of these modes would you be in the lead? We see people saying that hold'em is the most widespread, and that there are more championships all over the world, so I ask why then people say they prefer Omaha, which is much more profitable, say that in Omaha their losses do not Are as expressive as it is when you're playing Hold'em, is that statement really true?
So let's look at the opinion of all of you if actually playing Omaha is better than Hold'em.
And the most important of all ... Who is used to Hold'em, can be profitable with Omaha? Is it different from other strategies to succeed?
The popularity of Omaha is on the rise, with many players opting for the full package of action that Omaha offers instead of Texas Hold'em primarily Hi-Lo Pot Limit Omaha or Omaha High Low ?????
Knowing of this statement, can we say that Omaha is as good as Hold'em?

i really like omaha, there are a larger range of hands to be considered every time. makes it more interesting to play in a lot of ways. the number of outs for any given hand especially in hi-low can make for some fun hands. Hold-em is fine but i really enjoy omaha. wish they did more free rolls in this game.

This happens a lot to me when I'm at Omaha tables, I wonder what happened, then I calmly see that I made mistakes, I thought I was better, when I was actually beaten, but overall is a good game.:mad::mad::):)

I prefer holdem for an obvious question, it was the first form of poker I met. But there are days I play Omaha to have fun in low limits. Omaha requires a better range analysis as it is much broader.

I like holdem better but I think there's more money to be made playing Omaha, recreational players looking to gamble will find it more entertaining. But you also need a strong mindset to be good at it, as there's a lot of variance involved.

I rarely play Omaha. Yes, the hand ranges are wider, which means you can play more starting hands, but that also means that you start and fold more of your money away. Hi-Lo can be fun, but I am not as versed in the odds, so I am at a distinct disadvantage to the more experienced Omaha players. In NLHE, while I am still less experienced than most players I come up against in a casino, I at least have a more solid understanding of the numbers.

I'm not a big fan of Omaha. I confess that all that possibility and variety of hands confuses me. I prefer the TH that is more classic and less complex.

Hold'em allows everyone the most information so only the skilled can prosper. Omaha allowed much more blindness and variance.

I prefer Holdem, because it is more popular and that means there are more weak players on the tables. I think Omaha is a really good format aswell but I find it a bit harder. The limit in Omaha means you can't lose that much but you can't win really big pots aswell. Each format has its pros and cons, so find the one that suits you the best and stick with it.

To me I really like the two modalities omaha is a matter of being aggressive since you can have the best hand on the flop and luero everything can change ees like that one has to be more aggressive and foldear the opponent ..

I love Omaha and I wish sites offered Omaha Sit & Gos and I don't usually play ring games, so I guess I'm stuck with Hold'em.

Both are great - I play PLO for about 85% of my cash games (15% NLH) and around 98% NLH for Tournaments (Hard to find many PLO events outside of the wsop - but I mange to play a handful a year)
