The food and exercise are indispensable, but the life of the poker player does not help to have a routine that naturally favors to fulfill the necessary requirements to carry out a good management of our integral health.

On my part I go to the gym, but in the subject of food I am very disorderly.

¿What custom do you handle to be in top condition?

When I was a young man, I was in good shape...exercising, running, etc. I ate well. But if I knew I was going into a long session of cards I ALWAYS made sure that I was well rested. If I had slept before playing I was good to go for 24 hours or more!

Running 2-3 km. morning and same evening, and also little exercises and you will be good.

When I was a young man, I was in good shape...exercising, running, etc. I ate well. But if I knew I was going into a long session of cards I ALWAYS made sure that I was well rested. If I had slept before playing I was good to go for 24 hours or more!

That's why I touch the subject. The importance of this is not only reflected physically but also mentally.

I hope you do not abandon those good habits. Performance improves notably when we have an active and healthy lifestyle.

I'm terrible at the food and drinking part. Like like to eat snacks and do like my whiskey, beer and rye. The exercise part though I'm pretty good at because I like lifting and I'm trying to get back to running regularly.

It is hard to maintain decent health sitting at a computer for so long but some preparation on the food before you play can go a long way to deter you from the 5 minute tournament break meal that tends to lack nutrition.

Hello I usually prepare the food in the morning at 7:00, in the afternoon at 13:00, and at night at 18:30, so as not to disorganize, of course I do not lack the exercise I practice In the morning, I go out to run, it's something that keeps me focused.

To play well poker, you need to feel good, for this you need to accustom yourself to the schedule of the day. Eat at certain hours, walk in the fresh air, try not to play a lot of time without a break, make long pauses between games and everything will be fine with you)))
