All people should think about health. Not only poker players. Physical exercise, walking outdoors, healthy food and a comfortable workplace - and everything will be fine.

health is the most important bro.. so.. we need to have in our schedule.. priority in our healt... if u are mtt player u need 6-10 hours in session and stay sit in the chair this time.. i mean just we are sit but is loong time so we need good preparation.. body health, mind health,, game health.. greetz

As others says health actually is very important for everyone. There are a lot of different jobs with sitting style like poker so you can easily find useful tips to keep your fit e.g. do breaks after 30-35 working minutes and just walk from one room to another, do sport 2-3 times a week(swimming,gym,cycling) or walking through the park. A healthy body equals a healthy mind.

All who choose poker instead of sports making a big mistake. Many manage to combine, but we will not focus on something one. To become a professional poker player, sports time is enough not always. Make your choice in favor of sports and live bigger and the money will remain in your wallet!!!

always a good posture is important and if you are long at the table paying for a massage is not a bad idea

Utilize the time you get for breaks. Walk, stretch, etc.

Yeah it poker affect my phyical and mental health
Sometimes i have to wake up whole night for some tournaments and most of the time i got headache because of continues play.

I do morning exercises. The breaks in the game. Actively a rest. Hope will not have problems with health because of poker.
