Have you guys seen these new super turbo heads up games on Full tilt? They have the same 300 chip stack and 3 minute blinds as the STS&G super turbos but in my opinion the variance of probability is greatly reduced. This has little resemblance of the classic game of poker but viewed in the context of a banging bankroll booster, I give them 2 thumbs up.
I’m sure after a while when all the midday aggressors from germany and norway find their groove in these, they will get much harder, but for now, while they are new, they are very doable.
I found my groove last night in the $14 game. I played 25 games and took down 18/25. I would have faired better if I hadn’t tested the waters in the $28 game a couple of times.
This morning I played 50 so far and I’m 42/50.
If you have time and its your cup of tea, come get some before the masses figure these out.
