no just wait for ur spots dont reraise bluff u can lose more chips that way.
if u play an aggresive player and u know u have him beat let him bet out till the river and then reraise him for a sizable amount
play ur opponent if he is tight raise often taking the small pots and if he reraises fold if u have a mediocre hand no need to chase an agressive bet from a tight player

I definitely wouldn't suggest bluffing, personally I always get caught when trying to bluff. So nail them with a good hand. You'll either put them on tilt, or make them tighten up.

Seriously, we don't even know what kind of HU we are talking about (tournament/cash game ?) and at what level. And if you lost all your money, practice good BR management in the future.
Step down, understand equity, semi-bluffing, starting hand ranges and be observant of your play (+ your opponent's play) wich are crucial in HU. Develop and study your style at low levels. Get the hands in (a few k's at least) and then move back up if you have the br to.
Asking if you should three bet/shove AQ preflop against a LAG at this point is like asking the contractor you hired if he likes the yellow drapes or the blue drapes better while he's fixing your house's cracked foundation. Useless and counterproductive.

HU, more than any other situation, you play your opponent and mix up your game. Raise some good hands, raise some bad hands, bet some hit flops, slow play some hit flops. Harrington says it's a mistake to fold anything from the small blind, but I still do it, partly 'cause I'm not Action Dan, partly to keep mixing up my play at the cheap SnGs I play.
There is no one way to play HU, other than reading your oppenent, being flexible, and mixing it up. Use whatever plays you have in your arsenal that you think might work against the particular opponent you have that particular day.

I played several times HU and always lost, then one day i heard someone say they had just seen Phil Ivey playing HU and he was aggressive with every hand and something seemed to click.
I just play my normal cards but also the junk that is bound to come with extra aggression.
It seemed to work (current CC HU champ
) but also in other games (sngs etc) ive had more success than previously.
Dont be afraid of the poorer cards but when you think you are beat in a hand, fold and start afresh, no chasing.
