Have You Ever Misclicked?

It has happened to me too, both ways! I have folded a good pair when I wanted to raise, and I have called a raise when I wanted to fold!! It has happened about 3-4 times. The interesting things are the results because some of the times I won the pot but the most of them I lost.

I literally can't count how many times I've misclicked. misclick fold/call/raise, all of it, so many times lol

I had more than once, I wanted to press, check, and there the button was replaced by Allin and I lost.

I never make mistakes....

Except for folding a flopped 4 of a kind in Omaha today because I didnt pay attention...

What I really hate are poker rooms where the pre-selection fields are put in the same space
like the actual buttons... Sometimes when You want to pre-select to call 30 chips and the
players in front of You fold very fast You end up clicking the call button... after the guy right
in front of You went all-in... Oooooops....

Yup. Only twice tho, and because I was playing with the notebook pad, so instead of dragging I kinda tapped it, and I ended up calling an AI with a shitty hand (not losing my whole stack luckily, 3 callers, the one who won had less chips than I had and my hand was stronger than the other guy who lost) and folding pocket kings. Feels bad man, feels bad...

Yea I would have to say it has happened once or twice in the last 15 to 20 years!! And boy it sucks when it does!!

in pokerstars have a high chance to make a missclick, have times its too fast and you missclick!

Since this thread got resurrected I'll weigh in with a crazy (but true) scenario. I didn't misclick so much as my cat did!

She walked onto my hand while I was holding the mouse (maybe she thought it was a different kind of mouse?? ) and caused me to click the wrong button!


Happy to report that no cats were harmed in that story, but I was plenty pissed...

I've done it a couple of times when I was being distracted by someone talking or the baby crying. Thankfully it has never been on a key hand. Reading the other comments here it sounds like I have been lucky that way.

Yes, it has been with me many times, sometimes it's like you are distracted from the game, and then you make a bad move by mistake, so I advise you not to be distracted while playing

Yes, just not constantly clear to play all make mistakes and make bad decisions is part of our life.

yup a few times. but i was playing 5/10 cash ring game and clicked fold right as it changed to call . and called 800 off with A8o. panicked and even hit my A on dlop and figured I was far behind . funny thing was turned out I was the only one with an A. won a 4 way pot of over 3k. purley by stupidity

Yup my cell got water damage and it acts up sometimes now and when trying to fold it won't do anything or it pushes something different shit sucks when it acts out

I once accidentally hit the wrong button but I got the luck at the moment and I won with two pairs ,a coincidence of course but it was nice))

Yep went all in didn't want to at all wanted to fold actually.

of course... slight loss of concentration and pressed call instead of check when the sb raised, only 2 days ago. Luckily it only cost me 1bb.

Well, when I was playing in the 2 tournaments at different clients, one of them pop-upd and made me fold quite a good hand

Never. Not even on a phone where its easier to misclick. But once did on a live game,raising instead of calling what i intended to do and it actually helped me as i won 300$ on that hand

If you play onlyne its just a matter of time before it hapens especialy if you play in 2_3 tables at the same time.

...let me try that again, there are certain mouse designs that just are not meant for playing online poker with.

My misclicks usually come in the form of adding an extra digit to a bet.
