Last night, first time I ever played some cash games, and I won like $10. But them I started to lose, and I got so mad that I started to pay all-ins to every one. Damn, I am so frustrated by my attitude that I'm thinking about quitting. Has this happened to you ever?

Yes... When you think you're on tilt, QUIT. Now... Not the next hand.

You're not going to outsmart anybody on tilt. You're not going to win back the money you just lost.

Classic reason people say "STOP when the fun stops".... we've all been there, i've been that new to the frustration too.... take it easy and relax... step back and calm your self... laugh it off and remember the odd are sooner or later you'll get another winning hand but dont count on it happening there and then... lol try holding your breath until you either get another winning hand or pass out first either way it'll stop you going all in... unless your face lands on the mouse forcing the all in button down again...

Sounds very much like you let yourself get tilted and make bad moves.

You should not play cash games if you are susceptible to tilting and do not have a large bankroll. I suggest you try to work on this, as you will end up losing when you are not thinking correctly. If you feel this coming, then quit playing asap. (Sit out next BB)

I have never burned off my bankroll, but I have jumped up stakes to try to recoup loses when I got a bad beat. Thankfully I didnt do any damage to my bankroll by doing this, but it could have been a big mistake.

I never start with a large enough bankroll to not lose it all. I have lost my starting bankroll four times. Now I just play freerolls and try to build my bankroll that way. I always go on a losing streak and have to start over with a new freeroll win. One day I hope I can go on a winning streak and still have a bankroll. I won't hold my breath though. Poker is more of a hobby for me anyway so I don't mind not having a bankroll and only playing freerolls.

Would not blink when lose all of a bankroll which happens a lot when play some of the toughest tournaments on the net, turn to freerolls reload and recalibrate rock on good luck.:hahaha:
I know should be using $215 dollars according to BRM in 50 cent sit n gos until I collapse from rake, old age and boredom falling asleep playing them but highlighted in black here is where it will keep on going until have an actual bankroll worth managing.

You can't control your emotions over a game you are going to lose over & over, get it together or quit.

yes its a horrible feeling having to start all over when, is a tough game to beat with so many good players in the field. Its seems tougher to build a bankroll thru free rolls but is possible with lots of time to dedicate.

Yes, more than once. Bankroll management is the hardest part of the game and all it takes is the right circumstances to get tilted enough to punt it all away. Mentality is just as important as anything else in the long run.

More that once. When I played a few years ago, I worked up some money from a small deposit and blew it all taking shots in cash games above my bankroll, played scared money, and getting donked.

Coming back to poker, I blew my bankroll in one night - my whole $2.50 gone in 2 $1 buyins (surprising nobody)! Since then, I've been taking my time slowing building it up, playing tournaments (which I'm better in), and not straying Too far from only entering if I have 100 buyins for the tournament.

I'm at $110 so far after not depositing and can vouch for bankroll management.

Yes - I lost my bankroll many times in the first year of the game. In time, I made myself donation locks - so I will not lose more than I've determined when the tilt knocks on the door.

Yes, I also had such a disastrous incident. Once, when I just started playing poker, I lost all my bankroll in 5-6 hours. It was about $ 70. After that, I was so disappointed that I did not play poker for a few weeks.
Good luck.

If you made your bankroll large enough to play recklessly at micro limits, I think it will be ... Tilt can eat an entire bankroll in a few hours or even minutes. If you are on tilt, you must run from the poker table as fast as possible.

I've lost my bankroll several times, but the amounts are not large. Basically it's on poker roulettes Spin & Go or in knockout tournaments.

kkkkkkkkkk I have no idea how many times I reset my bank, last month I cracked a gahei tournament $ 200 today I'm 0.01. kkkkkkk not even discouraged, I am always playing, in poker it is about volume, that is, the more you play the better your performance and ability, you can rest easy this is normal and if you are equal I will zero your bank much more often

In my earlier years playing live, I would take shots at 200nl with a BR of 2-3 buy-ins.

I've lost it all in a single session a number of times.

My entire ''bankroll' I used to lose it in a night (every night-almost) in the past when I was on full tilt , I didn't know what a bankroll is and how I should treat it , I hadn't heardn about CC where I learned some new things and started playing better , and ofcourse about freerolls and the meaning/usefulness of them.

But now I am very very carefull , although sometimes I have my tilt moments , like some days ago at the casino when I was winning but Ididn't stop , and then I start losing my profits, and finally I lost 10% of my bankroll . I got furious and made a withdrawal , leaving only a little money as my new bankroll .
The other side of the coin :Yesterday I played for fun cash , 5 sessions I lost in a row , got tilted unfortunatelly . couldn't stop fortunatelly:confused: , cause at the end I made an increase of 50% to yesterday's bankroll , but this happens rarelly .

To lose your bankroll in just a night , it really sucks .That's why I want to follow bankroll rules nowadays , cause whenever I don't do it , most of the times I got into a lot of troubles :(Tilt is there and is lurking , waiting for the moment to destroy your bankroll . It is the worst advisor on the long time , despite some good moments you might have , at least tthat is what my experience has teached me .

I honestly think some people lose their entire online bankroll almost on purpose sometimes. Its like there is a point playing online so often that you are getting angry and fed up so they lose a couple games, go to very high stakes heads up matches. Lose and quit for a while.

I'll be honest I stopped playing all together for nearly 2 years because of one day of hell. I was in mazagan in Morocco at a wpt event and was playing stars cash as the day was going on I went up 2 levels above my usual level and ended up over 3 hours blowing my entire bankroll Insta quit haha

It already happened with me too, until i get enough discipline and a strong mental game i'll be willing to play only freerolls, with you have gambling issues you should do the same, try some training sites or books about the mental game and you'll be able to bounce back.

Not since I first started playing poker when my bankroll management was questionable to say the least. Good bankroll management and discipline will stop you losing it all in one session. If I lose my set lose figure for the day I stop playing and then won't play again the next day until I've analyzed my play from the previous session.
