I was just recently feeling this way. Since the last
wsop I have been making decent deep runs in large tournaments but always suffering a bad beat just before the money bubble.
I have always loved this quote
"When you are going through hell, keep going" --Winston Churchill
So what I have been doing is studying lots of poker. Read Jonathan Little's books, joined his coaching site, I started analyzing the
hands I played looking for spots where I could improve and it has really helped the way I approach the game. I no longer feel like I am stagnant but look at every opportunity to get a little better. Things have started to get better I have made some small cashes on ACR and in some small local tournaments.
I will be prepared to take advantage of any good luck that comes my way in the WSOP this year. As another one of my favorite quotes.
"Fortune favors the prepared mind" --Louis Pasteur
