ok so ive got about 35 -40 extra spending money that i would love to spend on a brand new poker book.

so my question is which book should i get. ive narrowed it down to either Harrington on Holdem or Harrington on Cash.....im not sure which one....i play both cash games and MTT's pretty evenly.

any advice is greatly appreciated

Well HoH is a MTT book and HoC is not very good for micro/low stakes cash games imo, so I'd recommend neither for your needs.

For cash games I'd recommend:
NL Holdem Theory and Practice or Professional No Limt

SnGs would probably be the Moshman book but there may be something better / more current that I'm not familiar with.

Another thought for cash games would be the new Ed Miller eBook that is to come out on the 16th. It's $40 if you order before the arrival date and $100 after.

Also for more book options (a lot more :) ) search AG Library.

For poker books try amazon.com or ebay. I've have bought new and used books on amazon and have been happy with them. The used books can be a good deal. The longer the title has been out the cheaper the used books are.

I like harrington on holdem alot.
It is one of the best books I have read in a long time.
Plus IMO ol action dan is one of the greats.
Get the HOH book you will be happy.

Vol 3 is just a workbook. Read 1&2 if you want a tourney book.

HoC was basically horrible. For cash, you're much better off with Professional No-Limit Hold'em (then follow it up with the new E-book Small Stakes No Limit Hold'em).

HoH is solid, but I'd recommend Kill Phil and Kill Everyone instead.
