Seeing totally stupid calls getting rewarded again and again and again and again...

It never ends.

And thank heavens for that! It keeps the fish playing.

Thhe hardest thing for me is the physical effort it takes to stay in the game. Have joined the ymca and hired a trainer to help with my conditioning. There is the question also if I am mentally sharp enough to play this game as i am 78 years old but have had some success at the casino. So will contine to play.

hardest thing for me in poker is not being able to maintain my A-Game after a certain time-frame and not being able to turn it off and start fresh the next day.

Emotions when I lose to a moron.

I have no problem getting stacked on a play when it is legitimate for both players to be all in. eg KK v AA pre. or set over set etc.

But when losing to a 4 outer is when my blood pressure rises.

Just say to self "In the long run, they pay me off"

Oh, and also getting the gf to go to bed early so I have plenty of time to grind. Rather ironically...

:D

Bad beat is the hardest thing for me...
When the one or two out came on the river, that tilted me.

work hard for a big bankroll then because of a bad evaluation, to allow that you do not stay strong, and that gave way to judgments, and lose a great nbankroll..
..or...
when the tournament paid for example 20 players, and allow, you're looking like a 22 or even worse 21..it is a.. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

For me is to see donkey moves from donkey players get big paid. Beyond that only controlling tilt it´s the hardest thing. It requires a lot of brain train to calm down for a while.

Tough one. I am a live MTT player & have only cashed once in the last year or so. I've come close a few times, but close does not get paid.

I think the hardest thing for me is probably still the math. I still don't know all the percentages & such. Not even close.

Truthfully, i think my biggest flaw, is getting good reads on people. I mean i take notes and try to pay attention as much as possible, but at the end of the day, if you asked me hey got any reads on "Insert Reg's name Here" I'd say, Who?

My biggest problem at least in live games is trying to bluff the unbluffable. I tell perfect stories that would work against any thinking player but they don't work with what i call the "UNBLUFFABLE" The problem is that i know this and still pull the trigger i should just give up i know i will loose to bottom pair regardless of what i do.

laying down KK lol, but seriously my end game is pretty naf so i would say the hardest thing for me is reaching the final table , always seem to make the money but that final flip, the one that makes the difference always seems to go against me and normally its with a monster like kk qq aq suit these hands always destroy me in the endgame ,altho last nite for 1c i did make it into a 25k game yay thats a first :)

the hardest thing for me is to play a particular tournament a few hours, fight, watch, attack, and then, on a good hand turn from the tournament, no win no cents. it's killing me ..

Probably patience, I play hands like 78 suited way to often in MTT's, although this gets good future implied odds, it gets you in trouble a hell of a lot.

I am nervous everytime I get strong hand on pokerstars

Hi,

I play on pokerstars like 3 months and everytime I get a hand like AA, KK, QQ, JJ or tens I am nervous because recently when I was at 12th position and called all in with KK on my hand got this : AKJ55 which gave me fullhouse other guys had two pairs or better but one got 55 on his hands and I lost 2/3 of my stack... And was like why it has to be me all the time.

They should rename pokerstars to funnystars - because you never know if you are going to win or loose because of their random number card generator.

So always when this happens I ask myself whether I just dont have luck or if I am cursed ...?

The hardest part for me is to dump a set on the flop, turn or river. I once had a situation I was playing in a tournament on PokerStars for $ 5.5. I got 77 in the late phase. I played .. 2 4 7 flop. The player with the Rosjii all in, I'm all-in. He showed 22 4 turn and river? 2 .. Nearly destroyed laptop.

The hardest thing for me is that I play way to many hands and sometimes I think I bluff to much. One other big mistake I think is that I have problems with folding a draw, especially when I have a draw on the flop.. I think this is much "beginner" problems and that I will learn this more in the future :)

Sad to say, still struggling with tilt. All kinds of tilt, for any and every reason or seemingly no reason at all.

I don't want to play for real money even when it's just money I won in a freeroll until I get better tilt control.

I am calmer than I used to be, but it isn't enough. And it sneaks up on me, too. I think I'm fine, then I find myself doing something utterly silly and realize I knew better and did it anyway.

The hardest thing in poker for me is being ahead pre flop, flop, and turn. And when the river comes I realize my opponents been chasing flushes or two outers and they get there and I know they just got there ;)

hardest thing for me is laying down pocket pairs, even if there is 4 cards to a straight or flush i always seem to fight the urge to fold, luckily i find the will to lay them down but there is always somthing in the back of my head whispering call call call lol

Only have $500 online, grinding 10nl, but when I lose a stack, I can't help myself and end up moving to 50nl+ just to get even quickly. The other day I had $400, loaded up 4 tables of 10nl and started off well and then lost a couple buy ins, ended up moving to 50nl and lost a few more dollars. I ended up playing as high as 400nl and got my roll up to $600. Next morning, played 50plo and dropped two buy ins. Now left with the $500 and taking a break. I just really need to quit jumping up stakes even if I only lose a couple buy ins at my normal game.
