I've been playing right through this week like 10 am till about 12 midnight breaks in beetween obviously.

Im playing on pokerstars at the mo $3.50 6/9/18/27 sit n gos. I find that they are really tough in the day solid players on every table... this will change during the day which is a no brainer as alot of the part time recs have to work.

Now I was wondering do you reccommend sitting certain hours out? to make it more profitable or maybe its a good thing long term to be playing winning regs day in day out

I haven't noticed a big difference at different times of the day other than the volume of people playing.. There have been a couple of detailed discussion's on this already if you go to the search function you should be able to find them.

When I look at my results, I notice that certain hours of the day and days of the week are consistently more profitable. I live in North America and find that evening hours are the best, particularly on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

I don't think that playing in games populated by winning regs will necessarily improve your game and it will, in all likelihood, reduce your earnings.

I've heard that some professionals prefer to play with people in "softer" time zones and will adjust their schedule accordingly.
