Greatest Hero Call of All-Time? Or Luck? 2012 wsop Main Event Alcober vs. Van Tran

This has got to be the weirdest hand I have ever seen in my whole life of watching the WSOP. Van Tran keeps bluffing out of his ass, then he pulls of the hero call! What in the hell was that?!?

Van Tran reminds me of the guy from the Hangover.

Well.. if that happened to me at the micros, I'd tag the guy as a maniac/calling station.

Watching this video makes me dizzy a little. How- or rather Why, make the call after the first reraise pre flop. That's what really confuses me. Some of it makes sense almost after that, cuz if he isn't raising than he can't win with 3 high...BUT THEN why check the turn after it is checked to you. AND IF you thought he was checking the turn to slow roll you into betting so he could raise you, would you call the bet on the river....unless you thought it looked like he bet to much and that he didn't want a call at that point, which might be your only reason for calling if he just cant lay down an overplayed A-q or A-K, which with all the back in forth raising earlier MIGHT make sense>>> owww , my head :damnmate:
