Well first off, you still didnt change your name.

What are you doing to get better?

reviewing hands? Understanding stats? Watching videos? Anything?

If not ...do that. If so... do more.

Maybe take some time off, week or two might help.
Foot note: If you take time off make sure you check in with the forum and stay active.

Maybe you and I may need to organize a Loser Clan Club. I don't play large amounts, but a lot of small ones equal large amounts eventually. Maybe that way all of us wouldn't be losers. Very dishearting as I try and try, read and read, listen and listen, play lots of play money to get some experience (do pretty well there, but theres some difference in real and play money games). I agree with one of the other answers about taking a while off and then see when you come back if it gets better. Good Luck.

This works

Hey, my advice is to play small. That mean less money and small game like sit and go. Also don't try to play big money. Don't chase what you lost. Quit telling yourself that you got to win your money back, look at everything fresh. Like you just started your poker career.

Maybe you played the wrong games for you (cash or SNG or...), maybe poor bankrollmanagement, or no table selection... Or you aren´t a winning player yet, still have to study the game !? Please write down more informations. Sometimes is also simple bad luck involved...
This forum is a great lerning experience too - use it.

Definitely drop your stakes. Don't change much in your game-it may just be variance kickin your ass, but check your HH and see if you opened up a hole in your game that people are seeing.

In addition to what has been said, focus on tightening up. Limit those starting hands more than usual...don't speculate on marginal hands that force you to make tough decisions. Make your decisions easier until this stretch passes.
