the time you can play depends on you ... of your available time without compromising the hours of your work

It depends from the results of each day. If you're doing well in a tournament you continue all the way to the final table! If the results are poor tournament or cash game I think that after 1 hour you must take a break. If the game improoves continue, but if no leave game for next day!

It all depends on the game itself, if you go far in the tournament (or at once in several tournaments), then you have to play a lot, and if everything is the opposite, then after the 1st hour you need to make a big break ... If we talk about health , then of course it will be better to play a day as little as possible, again it all depends on the game, how far you will go.

If the cache is about to say, I think the best play 3-4 Zoom table, two sessions of two hours a day. It is about 3-4 thousands of hands per day, or 60-80 thousand hands per month. It is important, in my opinion, limit yourself to the time frame.

in poker there is no routine, as long as you play cards on your hands, when you fold, you begin to observe the players, which also brings pleasure

it all depends on which player you are !!? Professionals Have a routine of 8 hours a day but 2 to 3 hours of studies! Recreativos play 1 turbo tournament, 2 hours at maximum! more if you dream of making a profit and being a professional, you can prepare for 6-8 hours of play per day and more hours of study! this is the way, not there is a cake recipe and yes some paths that many followed and succeeded, but each one is each!

I do not set a fixed playing time. I play in free periods of study and more than anything at night I like to play more. If I feel like I'm losing my sense of play, I'm going to do another activity

You don't really have to measure the time, instead focus on your decisions. The time to stop and take a break is when you start slacking in your game

Depends on your free time and fatigue from the game. The main thing is not to overdo it and do no harm to health

All the answers to your question have no common sense. I will say this: If poker for you is the only means of making money in life, it is a full day of 12 to 14 hours.

I’ve found grinding 10hrs a day to be doable however I play far worse on super long grinds. For me tells key is to take frequent breaks, that’s what really helps me “last” longer at 100%

I will not say exactly. Unless I can rely on my experience and say - as much as you can and want. I often play in MTT, where the game lasts from 4 to 6 hours. Some last all night ... and a day.

I do not know how others do, but for me, a comfortable game is not more than 4 hours in a row.

I believe that I do not know how to do it. You just need to look at your fitness. If you for example can play for 12 hours or more, why not. The main thing that the energy for this was.
